Powderburn is our annual winter retreat for sr highers. It is a friday through sunday event held at Crooked Creek Young Life camp, right outside Winter Park, CO. It is a weekend jam packed with general sessions, which are made up of great music and challenging teachings, an full day of skiing/boarding at winter park, a 20 person hot tub, night tubing, and tons of free time to take advantage of the wonderful Young Life campground. With so many things to do it is easy to miss out on one of the biggest offers powderburn provides and that is...community. This weekend is such a unique time to gather with 300 to 400 other high school students trying to understand what a relationship with God is about. If you're looking for a place to connect to some students who are on your same journey this is a perfect weekend to take advantage of.
